Refund Policy For GPC

GPC.FM provides digital services and we request all our customers and other parties to please read our refund policy carefully

GPC.FM offers a 30-days money-back guarantee policy. If you find that GPC.FM did not provide what was promised during the purchase within your first 30 days of service, then please contact our support team via the contact us page or write an email to our team. Also, if the orders for some reason get deleted or depleted within 30 days, we help you get a complete refill of the service you have taken. Nevertheless, we will not be able to consider any request after 30 days under any circumstances.

Our customer success manager will review your request to see if it's eligible for refund. However, please ensure that you fully understood what you were buying when making a payment and didn't misunderstand services for other things. Once, our team finds that you are eligible for refund, within 3-10 business days, your refunds would be processed. Please keep in mind that refund would be proceeded to the same bank account that was used during the original payment.

Please note that, once 30 days from original payment date passes, you will not be eligible for refund on any account. When you register with GPC.FM, you are agreeing to meet our terms and services and taking responsibility for all charges made in accordance with your plan.

GPC.FM is fair to all clients. And hence, no exception will be made under any circumstances.

We also do not accept rude behavior. And in case of such an event, we will be fully liable to reject your refund request.

Since our service is digital in nature, we track your delivery information on our servers. This ensures that we remain fair and truthful to our customers. We also welcome our users to provide proof for non delivery.

The GPC.FM team will do their best to resolve your issues before we process a refund. All customers get store credits as the first option.
